Our shipping policy offers free shipping for all orders above $300, while orders under $300 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $9.99 through USPS, with a delivery time of 3-8 business days. After fulfilling your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-3 days for processing (excluding major holidays), and note that orders typically ship out Monday to Friday, with weekend orders primarily shipping out on Mondays.
For international orders, we process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding major holidays) and offer USPS Express shipping, which has a delivery time of 10-14 business days and is calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please note that weekend orders mainly ship out on Mondays.
All sales are final, but we do accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the clothes must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and confirm its eligibility, we will issue a refund or exchange.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
For pre-orders, the anticipated ship date will be indicated on the product page. Once you place your order, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting customer service. If your order contains items for pre-order and items ready to ship, note that your items will be shipped together, and we cannot ship items separately that are included in the same order.
